As the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Sylvia Earle Alliance / Mission Blue, Deb is responsible for strategic planning and forming new alliance relationships to generate cooperative programs and projects to increase ocean conservation.

Strategic Planner for Trepwise – a growth consulting firm in New Orleans. Isaac focuses on strategic planning and organizational effectiveness. In his six-year tenure at Trepwise, he has consulted with over one hundred organizations and initiatives, including the New Orleans Youth Master Plan, the Jazz & Heritage Festival & Foundation, and the Orleans Public Defender’s Office.

Chief Donor Relations Officer for Vivalon – a senior services organization in San Rafael, California. Under her leadership, the organization has seen significant growth in support, as well an increase in the number of supporters. She is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with donors, and recently completed a $23 Million Capital Campaign for an Administration and housing facility in San Rafael.

Site Reliability Engineer at LinkedIn. Avid problem solver and citizen of the world, Alex’s diverse perspective and inquisitive nature help create a very dynamic and
collaborative environment. At LinkedIn his focus is their Big Data science environment where challenges are at scale and data driven.

VP of Marketing and Communications for OCR. Under her leadership, OCR has expanded our social networking reach from 1,000 “followers” in 2017, to over 920,000 today (and growing). Her expertise in video post-production has allowed her to create impactful mini documentaries, raising global awareness about ocean conservation. 

Founding Director of OCR. Michael has worked in the non-profit sector since 1994 as founder and president of Seven Circles Foundation, a community education organization that supports Native American Elders, bringing their teachings to the community. He also was co-founding board member of Seaflow, a Bay Area conservation group for which he served as Science Advisor until 2007. He was also a trustee for “The Lia Fund” a family foundation that focused on Climate, Diversity in Arts, and Diversity in Health and Healing.
